(CNN) A man in Thailand is recovering in hospital after a python latched its fangs onto his penis while he was using his toilet, last week.
Rescuers arrived to find the python’s head hanging from the bathroom door, secured by a rope, with the rest of the snake still stuck in the squat toilet at the man’s home in Chachoengsao Province, east of Bangkok.
The man lost a lot of blood but is now recovering at Chularat Hospital, according to hospital officials.
Emergency workers had to dismantle the toilet to remove the snake, which also survived the ordeal, according to rescue officer Danupol Tapo.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I am glad that I live in a country that has no dangerous snakes. I have seen in the media where in some other country on a number of occasions people enter homes only to encounter a huge python within. In many instances they have been found coiled in the toilet bowl and this can be a very shocking encounter which could even give someone an heart attack.

Sometimes life plays cruel pranks and bites you directly to the balls. That was certainly VERY unfortunate to happen. His wailing had to be an otherwordly cry, something that could have been heard across Thailand. It seems that everyone survived the unhappy encounter, now the man will have some kind of anecdote to tell his children and grandchildren around a bonfire.

I heard similar stories with rats that run up the drain and end up in the toilet bowl, where there's a lot of people who say that they've been bitten in the rear by rats while squating on the toilet seat. They even tested it out later with lab rats and as it seems they really can climb up there.
