The utterances by Donald Trump on the nomination campaign trail is causing some jitters for many people. Many persons are asking the question: if he should go on to become President of he US,
would be would following through on those drastic proposals he has been making or is it that he is only saying these things to gain support?

However, IF that happens there is a check and balance in place...called congress and Judicial system in place to stop any runaway President. Yes, he can try Executive orders but if he breaks the law, he is in trouble.
