Oops - you heard all my curse words  - it must have sounded strange to the ears since it is very unladylike to curse and I have to be really mad!! ::rofl::
Give it another 30 minutes and try again!  I'm surprised that I'm getting on to the internet since when the phone is down, the internet is also screwed!!

try to unplug your phone and plug it back in again

or unplug the internet and plug it back in to restart....

maybe the connection needs to reset
