There's a new instructor at the gym...

He's a real sergeant. Hits really hard on weight lifting.

I like him.  :)

But I can tell that most of the ladies don't.  ::LOL::

Pain almost gone.

He's a homely old man.

So the reason I like him has nothing to do with sex.

I like that he's a hell of an instructor. In my opinion, the best one that the club got.
