Hope looks technically correct but can allow pressure to build on himself, whereas Blackwood puts pressure on the bowler because he likes to score.

I think a coach that allows youth to be incorporated in the squad is going to be a good addition to the team. Youth is gold in anything sports today. They have the energy, zeal and motivation to put in their best efforts because I believe that they crave fame to be in the same level as the older ones.
