Indeed. Over the last 5 years, 92 bowlers have taken a minimum of 20 wickets, Jason Holders strike-rate (97.9) is the fourth highest. The only three bowlers with a higher strike-rate? Angelo Mathews (105.6), Marlon Samuels (106.5) and Rubel Hossain (122.7).
