note in his intimate relations for he would not have spoken anything of the sort willy nilly given his profession in the Trinidad reality, in which he needed to garner a lot of Indian votes to win elections he did win.  and he won at least 3

but I knew Manning as the public figure, in the public, historically, in which his persona was absolutely not racist.  that is what I can talk about and have spoken of, have talked about, will talk about.

all of this should be obvious in the discussion, understood, taken for granted..no explanation necessary...  if I am talking to ketchim or sketchim, or anybody else on this board.
