Think I suggested it as a possibility. Or that that is what some have said. But do you think he would have retired had he not been given the opportunity to play in MCL?

before an NOC  is granted !  In Law it is called.. "duress"

So one can say Shiv was a victim of Duress  ;)

Good evidence of this is 31 year old Santokie : arguably our BEST T20 W.I. bowler !!.

He adhered to the "duress" and sent his letter of retirement !

as did Fidel and  Tino.

Thanks. Do you think Santokie would have retired if he was consistently a part of the T20 team? He wasn't picked for Jamaica in their 50-over side either. I think he's frustrated
