Clive Lloyd has made a passionate plea to international powers

“The latest public enemy is the West Indies Cricket Board and its poor governance

suggesting that the cricketing world is leaving them behind

as they twiddle their thumbs in a mindless vacuum.”

This is my belief . Black Caribbean people  are incapable of running  any  organisation  especially for profit .
Here where I reside  Black people owned a very powerful  organisation called Caribana and they ran  to the ground . White people rescued it and made it into a very successful enterprise . The  WICB is run by Black people and that is the only reason that they will never  be successful
without a massive overhaul .
Name me one example where Black people has ever managed a successful  economic enterprise '
I know that I would be accused  of Bias and Anti Black sentiments but I am prepared to respond and fire back .
Many road blocks are placed in front of black enterprises but so too against other races  as well but they manage to overcome ,
That in a nutshell is West Indies cricket problem

well your anti black sentiment/attitude is palpable but readily unimportant.

what is important for YOU is your ignorance, your lack of knowledge about black people..about human society. 

but for and from black people's interest its not important that you, an individual know anything at all.  whether you know or not makes no difference at all as an individual.  and if you wish to correct yourself that to is up to you too..not my concern, or the concern of black people

but by way of info I tried to demonstrate structurally what causes the failure of the wicb which is not a business organization but an NGO that supports a parasitic staff, a bureaucracy..which in principle and practice rarely works in sync with the principle upon which it is organized, where ever it is and whatever it is organized around, regardless of who runs it.  the problem is in the nature of the beast itself

there is a white man at the centre of the wicb..a Pie Bus.  if white people are so mighty at running things he one should have turned the wicb around the years he has been up in there.  he has not..and he is obviously a big part of the problem

the old wicbc was run by west indian white businessmen who never even paid themselves.  they met when they had to and allowed a small secretariat to do the routine and regular work of cricket in the region..voting them honorariums every year.  they were most definitely not a bureaucracy..never constituted one...never built one or sought to build one.  they were independent big farmers an commercial agents..and manufacturers as far as that term corresponded to any west indian activity

since 1995 a bureaucracy has been deliberately elongated at the wicb..deliberately, by professionals all, purposely built that thing up to feed off the cricket and to expand it as huge as they can, for permanence is associated with expansion. they are not independently wealthy businessmen but professionals who must be paid big salaries wherever they work

why don't  you go study the nature and history of bureaucracy to understand what is going on at Factory Road.  you and Dr Allen Sammy as quoted somewhere nearby, don't have a clue.

what you are is emotionally anti black..all tied up and constricted in hate of nhiggers, so much so that your intellect is bent out of shape and you cant see truth in any dam thing if your life depended on it.

and it probably does for you make no sense of the reality with which you as an ordinary man must deal, from the point of your ordinary interest, that makes your interest and that of black ordinary people...indeed of ALL ORDINARY PEOPLE OF THE WORLD... THE VERY SAME THING, WHICH IF NOT ADDRESSED IN THAT COLLECTIVE WAY, WE ARE ALL TOAST..

It is reality itself, complex, comprehensive, interconnected and interrelated, that requires you to be properly accurate about how it really works, non racist and clear headed, and collective, to win a chance for you and your kind/Class... to go on in existence

we also must look at running things for profit to see what that really means....

profit came from genocide for gold and silver..conquest..then from slavery, all contemporaneous with banking which all the while was developing the means by which finance would conquer the world..by fractional reserve banking, by franchising out the central banks of the world and control of all the currencies, all behind the enforcement military arms of the european powers,  which power morphed into and is currently represented by US military power.

I have never seen profit in the world come from anything but conquest and corruption, racism/monopoly and all such. 

I have never see profit come from free-standing business on its own. never!  its always wrapped up in free government largess..costs which are never calculated as business costs but which we ll pay for in taxes by the side.  and the bigger the business the greater the corruption and monopoly and free public costs that we pay for through taxes.

when the real total costs of business are calculated the products cant be sold because no one would have the money to buy them.  the costs are diffused in many ways that allows the corruption we call business to make profit for the criminals who own and run them

we must dig into all this to see what business/running things actually mean..in interconnected and inter-related ways.  business/running things for profit is conquest and control of governments to achieve monopoly control, of laws that support profits, gained by government favor and police/military coercion

or there is one ethnic group that works to and succeeds in gaining control and monopoly of whole economic areas and set up the rules to suit their exploitation of the rest of the world.  so called business is at the center of all of that and could not stand on its own without the whole structure of corruption and social coercion that surrounds and supports business.

black people at the bottom have tried hard but white monopoly controls down to the town, village and street levels everywhere, prevents and shuts down.  yet in-between there has been black success.  even such as the wicb properly looked at is a form of black success for it meets it's real if not principled purpose splendidly.  and it works and stands up even to Caricom and looks likely to defeat Caricom and keep its sh!t going at the expense of the cricket

Obama runs a terrible presidency but it works for its intended purpose..a whole lot better than Bush before him.  Obama is not the lesser but the greater evil but he is so sharp that he has successfully stifled all opposition that Bush and Clinton and Bush could not suppress

so you said black people can't run anything.  you are dead wrong..bline tuh rarse. 

black people run almost  everything today, but for the purpose of human exploitation in conjunction with the white exploiters.  we black people are  brutal and unconscionable exploiters of our own people in that regard.  but what black people run works..ever so efficiently... for the exploitative purposes for which they function

IMO .. he came across as dodging the important questions and sounded like a bumbling old fool .

If that's the way the WICB are continuing on ...... I say c'est la vie.... seeing I'm done with WI anyways !!! 

dat above may be a good question but for me personally....I am not 21 years old anymore.  I have no time to look at Clive Lloyd period.  I don't have the time nor the inclination to look at, read of listen to that skunt.

I have know LLoyd since a  boy in Trinidad.  we do not like that man in Trinidad, not one bit.  we have always known him for the same man he is currently..a complete, lackey, donkey complaining jackass.  we knew LLoyd was a better batsman than Charlie Davis in all likelihood, but we also knew that LLoyd was not half the man, the personality that Charlie was/is

LLoyd  is useless. his role in west indies cricket at the moment is pointless, of no value to the region.  as an old solider he shud just disappear but ole David Camaron in england is tardy about Lloyd's knighthood or peerage.  its taking too long to come and Lloyd is crying in the wilderness for it.  that is how I read this plea here for money from the cricket world to feed old parasites Skameran and More Heads...the Pie Bus too..as a huge sound to remind whoever recommends these things to the prime minister of england, that LLoyd is getting old and his award must be granted before it is too late.

Caricom must now approach the International Cricket Council (ICC) and seek guidance for the action it proposes to take. The Sri Lankan government has worked closely with the ICC in ensuring changes at the level of the Sri Lankan Cricket Board and in proposing reforms to its constitution. A similar path should be followed with the WICB.

very good post, relevant and useful.  I am one who is  not prone to compromise on this  issue.  a nation has the right to look after its issues free from ALL outside considerations.  we are free to deal with out cricket issues damm the ICC.

but diplomacy and and cooperation can be mutually beneficial.  its a way out..a way to circumvent the wicb and straighten out our cricket admin.  and the principle of cooperation and its actuality does not have to compromise the ultimate national right to intervene as the nations see fit in its own affairs without outside interference and consideration
