Michael Vaughn took on this question today in his column in The Daily Telegraph . Among some of his suggestions include reducing the game to four days with 96 overs to be bowled each day, lower ticket prices, play more day/night Tests, have players wear coloured clothing and introduce two divisions with promotion and relegation.
