Whaddabout the need for a Head Coach ?

We Won in 2012 with SAME  players as 2016

BUT 2 different Head Coach.


Do we need a Head C ?

Coach is needed when you have younger players in the team.  PLayers who are willing to learn from their mistakes and take advice.

On the other hand, when you have a bunch of seasoned players like the current T20 team, no coach is needed!  They are set in their ways and will continue to play the way they know!

Same thing can be said about a captain!  WI needs a captain who can contribute with the bat/ball in addition to good leadership qualities.

t20 captain don't need to bowl just make good on field judgement and make sure the fielder don't drop the catches
