* Shiv averaged 15.33 in the 3 test series versus England.

* And in the series before Shiv averaged 18.20 in the 3 test versus South Africa.

* Back in 2006 when Shiv was captain he averaged 14.50 in 3 tests vs Australia and 14.80 in 3 tests versus New Zealand.

* But Shiv is now pushing 41 and there are young players in the Caribbean who should be given an opportunity to debut in tests.

BOTTOM LINE:

* THE UPCOMING AUSTRALIA/WI SERIES MUST BE SHIV'S LAST.
