CARICOM is made up of the governments so don't expect much from them.

They cannot even properly implement freedom of movement or a Court of Appeal. I suspect the privy Council making some good money off the governments.

The selectors led by CLIVE LLoyd is mostly to blame for this shambolic "thing' we put on the field. LLoyd's experiment has gone horribly wrong and no one in the region who is in cricket management has taken him and his fellow selectors to task
