I am pretty sure that Dhoni will not be sacked. One must remember that, despite India doing badly in away test matches, they've been pretty solid in home tests and in ODIs for the most part. India is not a country that believes in having separate captains for different formats of the game. If this was Australia, he'd have been sacked for the recent run of losses, but this is India!

Dhoni won't be sacked. I don't see many options. His captaincy is defensive and utterly inadequate, but he's a decent leader. And that'd possibly affect the team stability, even.
