Mohammed Shami to Williamson, OUT, Rohit claims the catch at second slip and it was a good one too, diving low to his left!

Man India aceing this here. I don't see how NZ can crawl back now. Williamson standing out though, well played son.
India's got so much of a batting depth to not get a huge lead here. NZ pretty much screwed themselves over with this.

Even though India has been struggling in the past months in terms of form, I expect them to do well in this test match. I am saying this after taking into consideration in the performance in the last test match. They almost won the game even though New Zealand had posted a score of over 500 runs in the first innings and in reply had gotten out at a measly score of 200. The performance of the Indian bowlers in the 2nd Innings was commendable to say the least.

Wellington: A career-best six-wicket haul by Ishant Sharma put India firmly in charge at stumps on the opening day of the second Test against New Zealand in Wellington on Friday.
New Zealand were dismissed for 192 in their first innings and, at the close of day’s play, India were 100-2 with Shikhar Dhawan on 71 and Sharma, playing the nighwatchman role, on three.
Murali Vijay was the first wicket to fall, caught behind by BJ Watling off Tim Southee for two. He tried to pull out of the way of a rising delivery but it cut back sharply to skim his gloves on the way to the keeper.
Cheteshwar Pujara was out 10 minutes before stumps for 19 when rapped on the pads by Trent Boult.
India’s 100 came from 28 overs as the wicket lost its early feistiness in the late afternoon sun.
New Zealand struggled through 52.5 overs for their 192 with Sharma taking 6-51, following another six-wicket bag in the first Test, while Mohammad Shami finished with 4-70.
Sharma deflected praise off his own performance and said India had learned from the way they dismissed New Zealand for 105 in the second innings of the first Test.
“It’s a team sport. Whatever the team needs from me, I do that,†he said.
