A more rounded Ronsford will make a long term living not a high amount for one or two seasons.
He has many years ahead of him for cricket and many more after he has to retire.
The better he becomes the longer he will play and the greater his appeal.
What you are suggesting is short-termism.

I am disagreeing with you Mail. However, I have no faith in WI cricket and the help they provide their youngsters. This kid will have to most of his building himself and not depend on WICB to do anything.

You are entitled to disagree but kindly give your argument as I have mine.
In every walk of life, we have to take responsibility for the direction in which we want to go.
Whilst the WICB has a role to play, much is down to the individual.
