Person of Indian Origin (PIO) is a person of Indian origin or ancestry who was or whose ancestors were born in India or nations with Indian ancestry hit is not a citizen of India and is a citizen o another country.
Therefore, Khanai, Chanderpal & Starbuck are PIO

Given the PIO definition, and from my (albeit little) knowledge
Kanhai (from what I've heard rather than seen)
Chanderpaul
Amla
Ranjishinji (from what I've heard)
I think there'll be a ton more in the future, as a lot of Indian ex-pats are still very interested in cricket, and share that with their kids.
In Australia we're already seeing it (at least from the entire subcontinent) with the likes of Sandhu, Khawaja and Agar. Then there's also the smaller nations like the Canadian National Team, which has a lot subcontinent origin players.
