Here's the true story!
After the Tiger heard those memorable words from Dirty Harry---"A man's gotta know his limitations" ;D----those words left an indelible mark in the Tiger's mind----he immediately recognized his limitations and chose to forego being a swashbuckler and instead settled for being a great "poke and blocker".

You coined the phrase soca---so you'll now have to root for the great "poke and blocker"(10,897 and counting) to very slowly surpass the great swashbuckler(11,953). ;D

* Records are made to be broken!
* Lara's 400 was in danger as recently as 2006---Jayawardene scored 374 vs South Africa---thanks to Nel bowling him down---Lara's 400 was saved---but it will eventually be broken.
* Actually Michael Clarke scored 329* against India in Jan 2012----he declared the innings at 659-4 on day 3
* The match ended in 4 days---India lost by an innings.
* Clarke could have batted on and taken a shot at 400*----but he chose not to surpass the Don(334).
