Graham Smith's highest test score was 277---against England in 2003.
QUESTION:
Can Smith surpass 277 and complete a triple ?
The way he is batting---history can be made. ;D

Kallis has been through bad patches like that before. But at his age it's definitely a concern and I was wondering about that too. He's still been talking about playing in the next World Cup, but I can't see that happening.

* Kallis is currently 38yr 9 days
* he is now playing in his 164th test
* In his last 14 test innings---no hundreds and 3 fifties
* Between his 118th and 130th test --he went 20 innings without a hundred
howstat.com/cricket/Statistics/Players/P...at.asp?PlayerID=2043
When you get up in the high 30s---time starts running out fast----Kallis needs to get back among the runs----or cricket fans will start talking retirement.
RE: SHIV
Two bad series in a row and he'll be asked to retire---once Shiv keeps his overall test average above 50---the Rev will be pleased with his test career---no Guyanese batsman has ever averaged 50 in test.

Mr. Chairman:
We know Shiv will be playing 5 more tests by the end of the year---against India and New Zealand.
RE: SHIV MAINTAINING HIS 50 TEST AVERAGE
* Let's assume Shiv bats in 10 innings in those 5 tests
* And let's assume no not outs---although we know Shiv will have a couple of not outs
* Anyway, in order for Shiv to maintain a 50 average after the next 5 tests he will have to score 120 runs at a 12.00 average
howstat.com/cricket/Statistics/Players/P...ew.asp?PlayerID=1979
QUESTION:
Can Shiv score 120 runs and at an average of 12.00 in his next 5 tests in order to maintain his 50.00 test average ?

Kallis is done. Don't be surprised if you hear retirement talk coming from his camp. Its hard to recover at this "old" cricketing age.
