Apparently the "boys" in that video above love to frequent Filipino barber shops in Saudi Arabia.  They will go for the haircut and stay for a likkle frolicking with the barber.  The poor Filipino barber of course has little choice but to acquiesce as they have no rights in Saudi Arabia and are thought of 4th class citizens.
