i just looked at her recipt

one big flaw

she did not say to cook the coconut (as if you are making sugacake)

i always cook the coconut with the sugar/color/essence until it is gooey bot not dry

then i spread it on the dough

to die for!!  ::lol::

I am eating an apple (my Russian friend gave it to me).....it is called ambrosia!!

never had one before.....and it is really crisp and sweet!!
