Brain Wave Frequency (cycles per seconds)
14-21 cps and higher : ( Beta )
Walking state, the five senses. Perception of time and spaces.
7-14 cps : ( Alpha )
Light sleep, meditation, intuition. No time and space limitation.
4-7 cps : (Theta )
Deep sleep, meditation.
0-4 cps : ( Delta )
Deeper sleep.
You are unconscious at Delta.

You close your eyes, and enter deep meditation in a matter of minutes.
There’s no mental chatter .(ohm , namaste , et cetera ! )... :tongue:
No restlessness.
No lack of focus.
Or mental fatigue.
Without any distractions, your session is blissful, seamless and fulfilling.....

So WHY is Meditation being PACKAGED as YOGA :
with a resounding Emphasis on the Hindu ??
Why do other Religions have to Confirm and accept this B.S. ??
