Hema...they released a tape only today showing him coming out of the police car in the station...he was in cuffs. They did not charge him though.

There are a lot of irrelevant "facts" being reported largely based on emotion and national events...there are reports coming out , saying that the police did not arrest him, either hand cuff him, that night...
