look there are 3 sides to lay blame here:

1) The lady
2) the PR team
3) the interviewer

1)The lady
- this is 2012, the age of technology. You cannot tell me that she has no access to a tv or never been outside of Guyana.
- she has enough damn information available to her to make proper choices when sitting down for an interview. 
- she must know how other heads of states wives conduct themselves - this is no secret to the dumbest of ppl in existence
- However she may be of humble background and meant well - the first thing ppl see if your appeareance and how you produce/conduct yourself to others.  She must know that the way she was there in that interview - she looked like shit. 
- this is not small time anymore, she is the wife of a president - fix yourself up!

2) The PR Team
- should have NEVER allowed her to conduct that interview without:
a) grooming her - physical appearence
b) helping her with her speech
c) picking the venue and assessing what questions being asked by the interviewer - if they were appropriate or not

3) The Interviewer
- she should go fix her hair and her face
- she should have never ever aired that interview, no matter how she may have felt that this was good for her, it looks bad on the country.
- and where she get that british accent from ? she grew up in britian?

and all you PPP ppl stop trying to cover up for the woman - just bc she belongs to the party that you would die for doesnt mean she can do no wrong.

AND.....

i would not go as far as to criticize her kids.  I could care less what her kids do or did or have done...no ones kids are angels and not everyone is academic material.
