obviously not for me, b/c i am a responsible driver :cop: :cop: :cop:
if a cop shows up to court, and you are in the wrong...what do you say to judge. in this case, texting at a red light.
they are willing to pay fines, would like to avoid points.

there are many types of traffic court. in a small town the person may deal with cop directly but i went to traffic court where you bargain and plea with prosecutor and then you go to judge to accept the plea bargain you made.

once the cop is there u cant lie but u can plead guilty for a lesser charge with a very good explanation and yhe judge might have mercy on you.
