Used to love being single , then got tired of single  bars and single women.

studies and boys dont compliment one another - it is true that when you have to focus on your life and do things...sometimes men can get in the way

but sometimes it is quite the opposite Nargis

both my son and his wife completed their studies with flying colours only after they hooked up with each other

they were both going aimlessly and were not seriously committed to their education

- then they started dating - took away even more from schooling  ::
- then going steady - both got very serious and graduated and found excellent jobs in their fields
- got married - and surprise of surprises....my son is back in school....voluntarily!!  never thought i would see that happen

very proud of both of them :cool:

yes but for majority of kids  that is not true.
