just look at westindies cricket now and we can see the classic form of blac leadership in the westindies for the past 50 years:

develop no infrastrucuture, do not educate afros while other groups know better and educate their own. promote only arse-licker afros whle keeping down afro brains, those who are feisty, brilliant and think properly,think for blac in the correct sense, afro centred, but broad and long-term, perspectives which recognise plurality and how to remain safe in a plurality by looking after the whole, the society, as one looks after ones own section in it.

so instead of general afro social excellence that would ensure group surviva, after 50 years of afro power, we have a depressed and increasingly powerless situation for afros all over the westindies.

that is the nasty example we have set in all things in the westindies, with all the negative consequences for 50 years.
because ofthat and trhe econmic base the have nursed along that permits all that degradation, we lose out socially as we must for that kind of thing erodes power.. does not advance power.
and those who subsequently take over have the social power from afros, have no obligation at all to promote afros as we have lived like skunts all the way to our current failure.
and all the time in cricket, skunt HH and dem believe deh smart, capable, competent etc., as deh destroy the long-term chances of afros in the westindies.
look at the mess deh have created in cricket with a damm afro fool as captain, who does not even see his own complicty in the ultimate destruction of afro power in the region by allowing himself to be used by fools like HH.

afro leadership had to set up a real state in the westindes from the start, a plural state that adressed the needs of all the people, integrated them under a westindian social rubric that would have been based on our actual history and current material needs.
that wud have addressed all the probelms we inherited on independence and currently we wud have had a chance. the people would be seeing westindian much more than sectarian interests and we wuld be movign forward.
instead deh have left us with the current social mess we have that is bound to get far worse before it gets better...if it gets better.
its not likely for sure to get better for afros. we made a stinking sh#tty bed to lie in and we are not likely to have a chance to clean it up
