Deliberate targeting has been amplified even further this year in the attempt to discredit COVID-19 vaccines. The prominent anti-vaccine organization Children’s Health Defense recently released a film aimed at fuelling distrust in vaccination among Black Americans.

It’s not the white, middle- and upper-class anti-vaccination leaders who suffer most from a diminished herd immunity and increased prevalence of vaccine-preventable illnesses. Such individuals are generally protected by the same social and racial privileges that have historically enabled them to continuously gain a large following.

Russell Ciochon, a palaeoanthropologist, says: "Chinese fossils analysed over the past four decades cast doubt over the linear progression from Africa to modern humans. They show that, between roughly 900,000 and 125,000 years ago, Asia was teeming with hominins endowed with features that would place them somewhere between H. erectus and H. sapiens."

The scientific consensus now is that humans left Africa millions of years ago, settled in China, and then mutated into various subcategories (Denisovans, H. heidelbergensis etc), which repeatedly interbred, and mated with new groups who came later.

The major results of the study was: (1) skin reflectance is strongly correlated with absolute latitude and UV radiation levels. (2) the main role of melanin pigmentation in humans is regulation of the effects of UV radiation on the contents of blood vessels located in the dermis. (3) The gradation of skin coloration is correlated with UV radiation levels and, quote, "represents a compromise solution to the conflicting physiological requirements of photoprotection and vitamin D synthesis."

That's what real science tells us.
