You can argue that the first civilizations in human history, in northern Africa, were black, and that the first nomadic tribes (homo erectus and early homo sapiens) of Europe were black, but saying MesoAmerica, Russia and the first European civilizations were started by Africans, is a lie.

It is quite simple: Africans migrated out of Africa and in the process gave rise to whites. white evolved alongside those who remained Black or Brown. Some locations like Australia white did not evolve there but came back to Australia to meet Blacks who had been there from the start

Ultimately by a process of breeding them most became white but still not all. white was propitious in europe and elsewhere in the temperate zones, but original Black people remained in all white societies from the start of those societies until this very day.
