Strong case/cases. nothing is absolutely proven but relatively his position is barely deniable. and of course believability lies with the traditional victims and their longstanding experience at the hands of the very people who bring us the vaccines.
relevant to your argument the hegemon always plays all sides of the equations in which he is involved. no movement can be trusted because the hegemon likely set up every possibly reaction the victims could make in protecting themselves, to lead them astray and up dead ends. the hegemon has always preempted them by setting up the very responses the victims would make himself.
the key in the situation is that I like everyone else is an independent subjective individual who must see life accurately so I can respond accurately in my own best interest. no one is responsible for that, for my well-being but me. that is how life is set up. what American did to North Korea is documented and available to all research on that subject. what the Americans did to Vietnam, Afghanistan, Japan etc., is also there for all to see and know in their full horrors.
I must go with my own experience! with my own individual and class interest in life. and that tells me I cant trust the hegemon regardless of the angles he talks all the way around. all communication is pointless unless what is true can be ascertained, put down and debate flow from that 'fact', in and off the matter. if we discover even more about what we put down as basic we can come back and correct ourselves, to add and expand the base, even to subtract...because we have been taught by life to be open minded, open ended! because we can be wrong by omission or commission, or by simple lack of knowledge which reveals itself as we go. or by deliberate lies by participants or vested parties whose interest lies in the lies they express to mislead and misdirect.
