EMOTIONAL HARMON WILL NOT JUST ACCEPT THE DECISION OF THE COURT UNTIL THEY EXHAUST EVERY LEVEL OF APPEAL....
THEN WHAT........ IF THE COURT CONTINUES TO RULE AGAINST THEM SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A WINNABLE CASE?
HE SAID............ "Today however we have witnessed once again the judicial system failing our people. The APNU+AFC cannot and will not be held responsible for the reaction of the victimised, disenfranchised and marginalised masses.
We will continue to fight and we wish to make it clear that all options remain open to us."
YOU SEE, HARMON IS NOT A VERY BRIGHT LAWYER....
UNLIKE SAY NANDLALL...WHO GOES TO COURT AND FIGHT FOR THE PEOPLE AND THE GOVT.
HE, HARMON......PREFER TO ENGAGE OTHER LAWYERS TO DO WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING...GOING TO COURT AND FIGHT ALL OPPOSITION CASES IF HE FEEL SO STRONGLY ABOUT LOSING!!
GET A GRIP HARMON....LET THE PPP GOVT CONTINUE TO SHINE FOR THE PEOPLE!!

WITH utter disregard for the COVID-19 guidelines, supporters of the A Partnership For National Unity + Alliance For Change (APNU+AFC) on Monday took to the streets of Georgetown to express their dissatisfaction with the ruling of Chief Justice (ag) Roxane George, C.C.H, S.C., in the Elections Petition, 88 of 2020.
In addition, the supporters also took to Facebook and other social media platforms to express this dissatisfaction, sporting hashtags such as “#CheatedNotDefeated” and even launching personal attacks on the Chief Justice.
Attorney-General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Anil Nandlall, S.C., in responding to the unwarranted attack said in the clear light of very little likely success of the election petitions, the leaders of the Coalition are “cruelly misleading their supporters.”
“Any competent lawyer and any reasonable-minded human being, having observed the electoral process, would know that these petitions had very little likelihood of success, any person who has a rational mind would have concluded that,” Nandlall said.
He highlighted that from the inception of the filing of the petitions, supporters of the APNU+AFC were gathered in large numbers in the vicinity of the High Court, where leaders of the party informed them that the petitions would inevitably evict the People’s Progressive Party/ Civic (PPP/C) government from office.
The scene around the High Court was similar on Monday when scores of supporters and leaders of the party gathered in anticipation of the ruling, after which they expressed their disappointment of same.
“When they were filed [the election petitions] they had a big commotion in front the High Court and announced to the whole world including their supporters that these are the petitioners that will bring the PPP down,” the Attorney-General recalled.
“Knowing full well that neither of them had any reasonable prospect of success, yet they are continuing to put into people’s minds false confidence, misconceived expectations and promising people things that they cannot deliver,” he added.

APNU/AFC FINAL FLING TO REMOVE THE PPP GOVT FROM OFFICE FAILED ON A MISERABLY POOR ELECTION PETITION TO THE HIGH COURT.
THE CASE WAS FLUNG OUT FOR LACK OF CREDIBLE EVIDENCE.
THIS DECISION WAS GREETED BY A HIGHLY EMOTIVE AND UNIMPRESSED HARMON, LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION WHO MADE THIS STATEMENT..
"“The APNU/AFC cannot and will not be held responsible for the reaction of the victimised, disenfranchised and marginalised masses. We will continue to fight and we wish to make it clear that all options remain open to us.”
WE THEN SEE BUSINESSES IN REGENT STREET , NORMALLY A BUSY SHOPPING CENTRE HAVING TO URGENTLY CLOSE THEIR DOORS AFTER A LARGE GROUP OF THEIR SUPPORTERS RUNNING HELTER SKELTER ,SHOUTING, AND BEHAVED IN A FEARSOME MANNER.
IT IS CLEAR, THE OPPOSITION ARE SUFFERING SEVERELY FROM THE LOSS OF POWER AND ABILITY TO DO THINGS THEIR OWN WAY....THEY ARE DESPISED BY SENSIBLE POLITICIANS AND POLITICAL LEADERS ACROSS THE CARIBBEAN AND BEYOND..
.THEY ARE LIKE OUTCASTS FROM THE POLITICAL ARENA WITH NO IDEA ABOUT GOVERNMENT OR MANAGING THE ECONOMY....YET THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD STILL BE IN GOVERNMENT DESPITE LOSING A LEGITIMATELY HELD ELECTION.

PNC WILL NEVER FAIRLY WIN ANOTHER ELECTION - ALL THE INDIANS AND AMERINDIANS HAVE LEFT THE PARTY BECAUSE OF THEIR DISHONESTY DURING THE LAST ELECTIONS.
THEY NEED TO OVERHAUL THE WHOLE PARTY AND GET RID OF ALL THE EXECUTIVES, HARMON, GRANGER AND VOLDA LAWRENCE.
FREDDIE KISSOON SUGGESTS THAT THEY LOOK TO THE DIASPORA AND GET AN INTELLIGENT WOMAN TO LEAD THEM BACK TO SOME SEMBLANCE OF CREDIBILITY.

TECHNOLOGY IS SO ADVANCES....INSTEAD OF THE DEMERARA BRIDGE....WOULD IT NOT BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO HAVE A TUNNEL ACROSS THE DEMERARA RIVER FOR TRAFFIC LIKE THE HOLLAND TUNNEL IN NEW YORK TO JERSEY?? THIS WILL THEN ALLOW BOATS A FREE WAY IN THE RIVER.....THINK ABOUT IT!!

Ifraan Ali Administration should have blown-up Gecom on the first day it took over the govt.
It is dysfunctional. Organized and made for - to be obstructionist.
The folks in Gecom were not just provocateurs - they were the ones trying to steal the elections. Vincent Alexander himself was part of the gang. Mingo announced fake results - and Mr Alexander as a Commissioner stood by to vote to accept those results. So, why is he still sitting on Gecom's Board?
