I am breaking my word as I said I would not mention Belle again but here I go: I always figured that Belle had no positive regard for me. then this time around she spoke to me most civilly and I had to respond in kind. Belle seemed totally sincere and as I look at it again I still think she was/is sincere at that time.

I don't know what changed to prompt her last comment relative to me. if she had pinpointed what she did not like in a discursive way I would know. but what I have posted up does not require 'like' but analysis

regardless of what I have said Belle is human, nice, family oriented. that counts! and I think I understand what went on that brought about her 'like' comment. but is not important anymore. and it does not remove the idiot lable from ketchim. that sticks!

so I don't hold anything against you Belle. you are a far more sane person than ketchim. a good citizen. you have a problem with me fine. it wont last much longer, prolly not past this day

we have arrived at the apex of world financialization. there are few countries outside the grip of the financiers and the effects of financialization.

when the colonized world was given 'independence in a flush starting around the mid twentieth it was a fake independence. the means of control shifted that's what...from direct military/bureaucratic control to financialization

the governors and their colonial bureaucracies, as well as the army garrisons went home, but the navies of the Brits, Americans in particular, were spruced up so that could arrive at trouble spots quickly to restore order. but the direct means of control were financial backed up by the burgeoning unfair but global economic/constitutional structural development centered on the United Nations.

sprouting out of the UN were a veritable forest of lettered UN organizations which regulated and dealt with the everyday relations of nations, and through which they powerful countries could assert their domination over the weaker ones by the rule of unfair law listed in the UN letters of establishment.

that is how come the USA can sanction weaker countries to death economically, if they do not obey UN/USA dictate.

and that is how direct colonialism was replaced by other forms of control that made a joke and a propaganda of the song on independence sung for decades as it happened over 30 years of so, from the mid 19- fifties...with fake independence ceremonies all over the place, from the Caribbean through Africa and Asia.

it was the same with Guyana. the deal was you get formal independence but we gt the central Bank. CLR James, the great west indian intellect, described this process early for us in his books dealing with west indian reality, in the story of Eric Williams the famous prime minister of Trinidad and Tobago.

the British told Williams you can get a lot of what you want: Chaguaramas in particular. you can get back Chag and the americans go home. 'what else do you want....?' and a list was made. then the British conditions emerged: 'You know what we want....!' and what they wanted was the 'Treasury' the Trinidad and Tobago central bank on St Vincent street in Port of Spain: the British wanted control of that and they pulled no punches on that. that get that or else . the central bank and the control of the currency was and is the key to the whole process of financialization

by such control the banks can bleed any nation absolutely dry with the ordinary people not having a clue as to what's going on. they just get poorer and poorer no matter how long and hard they work, no matter how much education they have...all the while certain sections grow richer and richer...the financiers.

the financiers add no value to any economic activity or economy: they simply parasite economies, whole huge economies or small tiny ones and all sizes in- between. most of the world is under such regimen right now.

the Russians and Chinese are not, neither is Iran or Syria etc. look at the war like divisions in the world between nations. those divisions are between financialized countries and those that are not. they are both threats to each other so they want to fight to eliminate one side or the other

it is within these parameters we must se Covid 19 as part of some great plan by the west to dal with the Chinese/Russians and all the countries that side with them in effort to get the 'scorched-earth' financialization of the west off the backs of their nations.

as I have argued that is exactly where Guyana is...financialized. and as a result unless Ali has some plan to protect the people of Guyana from exhaustive financial exploitation that is guaranteed to exhaust Guyana economically it makes no sense going back to Guyana to live and invest.

of course the individual with money can go back and implement a mini program of his own to protect himself. but he will have to be able to protect himself from the government and foreign influence if the notice him and what he is doing to try survive in GB.

such an investor would have to select a region most propitious to his plan develop a medium of exchange the people there can use in their economic activity that bypasses the Guyana dollar. if he can accomplish that and keep it in that region he could be home free until they notice him. they are going to break it up. they would have no choice but to break it, up because it could defeat their control of Guyana. and depending on how he reacts he may live or not for it would be nothing at all for them to simply kill him and all who were close to him

but that is the way Guyana is...FINANCIALIZED! and if Guyana was not controlled and financialized the Americans would long have turned Guyana into a hot bed of color revolution, destruction and chaos...and even invaded! because they certainly would not tolerate another Venezuela in Latin America, side by side too: lil' militarily rats arse Guyana, who would not even remotely be a military problem to invade:
