yes if you get TP it means you get big raise. her budget probably wont allow it

you could very well deserve TP but when you become a manager you will understand fully. She already has a budget for raises.
Lets say you get TP which is 7%. it means someone will have to get !.5%. she tryin to keep everyone happy.
