once they have made sure that Judge is competent then they shud even let him hire his own GM..one with who he can work successfully..then leave him along to do his job..dont be forcing personnel on him he does not want :blink: :blink: :blink:

Complete agreement my brother! At least the Deadskins and my Cowboys used Marvin Lewis to check that diversity box, it was bogus, but at least they went through the motion! The Giants didn't even do that!!
