I am bad with eye liners...

what's the easiest way to draw it on your eyes, so it doesn't get too big ?  :grin:

the best way is too just start experimenting with a regular liner - i like to use Annabelle Khol eyeliners cause they are soft and easily glide on.

just start at the inner corner of the eye and draw across to the outer corner.  repeat on the other eye.

i only learned through experimentation

when your doing the bottom line....you use a khol liner and you draw on top of the lash line. and then you draw right underneath the lashes.

to do cat eye i would have to show you,...i dont know how to explain that
