I tell SHE THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE A GOOD ONE, BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS FEED BACK, WHICH INCLUDES, GOOD EVERYTHING , FROM POLICIES, CUSTOMER STATISFACTION, BLAH BLAH,... AND WHEN A EMPLOYER SHOWS THIS KIND OF GRADITUE IT SHOWS THAT the employer and employe will have  a mutual understanding along with respect, show pride in dem wuk...blah blah;...she say very good...
