i am on a veggie binge

hubby got the bok-choy and spinach all cut up waiting for me to get home and cook it

i have left ovahs dhall and rice and some fish i fried on the w/e

that's tonight's dinner  :cool:

just not a plateful of meat.....that really turns me off

i will put it in veggies.....or chowmein....or fried rice.....or beef in rice pilau which i also cooked last w/e
