I m in no position to defend Jagdeo's legacy, I however personally think he raised Guyana from evil and give light to that country single handedly... including all the beggin he did for us.

what does Apnu has to offer Guyana , apart from reforming the security force, reminds me of NSF in burnham days... why is he so concern about security? so they can oppress indos? fuck that!
