i asked that question yesterday and apparently the answer is .....yes!!

so if there is a minority govt.....then there could possibly be another election within months.

for this reason only (so that the guyanese people are not subjected to this process again so soon, not to mention the waste of money which they can least afford)....i hope whoever wins is by majority.
