yeah they want you to feel the squeeze of time so that you cant do things for yourself properly anymore - always looking for the convenient way to do or get something.  I for one hate grocery shopping, but i know that i have to touch my grocery before i buy it. 

you want more time?  stop working when its time to stop working - go to the gym and work out for an hour, eat moderately (which i am sure you have a healthy diet already post P90X) so you dont have to do it everyday, get up early on the weekends to get the entire day in and always remember if you dont get something done..you can get it another time.

Its 9.32pm- work is done, gym is done, browsed the stores, chatted on my cell phone with 3 friends, got my Ricola from Shoppers Drug Mart, cooked, had dinner, cleaned kitchen, watched 2 BROKE GIRLS (laughed my face off) - now going to take a shower and catch up with another friend while i watch Food Network before i fall asleep.

Tomorrow is a new day.
