the  scenario  with women leaders from those  south asian countries is that their father s were killed as in zulfiker ali bhutho    and sheik mujiber rahaman  and they inherited the leadership

this is a purely south asian phenomina as to women leaders and has nothing to do with      islam and in 3 of the 4 cases their fathers were Pm , ....  Indira gandhi ,  silvia  bandarnaike and  the current pm of bangladesh
