My first routine any morning I woke up is to pray, play early morning music and check my email before going to my social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram etc. Although there are some days that I would wake up and start watching movies without having to pray, that kind of days are end up being wasteful with my time.

I try hiding my hard on when I wake up early in the morning because it's the first thing that never changes anytime I wake up, so I rush to take a pee as it's the only thing that stops it by calming it down unless I have my lady in bed with
she would be the one to stop it.

I wake up at 4am everyday and the first thing I do is to exercise , I do some stretching, situps and push-ups while boiling some water to make coffee. After that I prepare some breakfast. I then switch on the TV to watch the morning news while having breakfast. After that I take my shower and leave for work.

The first thing I do when I wake up is drink a glass of water. This helps to kick start metabolism, flush out toxins, and hydrate the body, I then stretch my body and wake the muscles up, get the blood flowing to all parts and send a signal to my body to wake up and get ready for the day.
I then go out to soak up the sun. Since I spent the entire night inside the house, and under artificial lights, I tend to head outdoors to experience the warmth of the sun on my body this helps to light up my eyes and help my skin glow.
Lastly I turn on my morning playlist to lift up my spirits and leave me calm and relaxed throught the day. Though, this depends on what day and what I have to do during that day.
