I had a mechanic some years ago..Indo Titty test.

Panday raving and ranting in the old home place stoking racism. I say dat is bad, against the law.  it is also irresponsible to stoke racism in Titty given the racial situation.

well Manning arrested his rarse, charged him, put him in jail..  and no riots, no raciasm, no nutten.

the people knew Panday broke the law and dat was dat.

its the same thing in BG.  the  people know all dem test and dem break the law and will not riot fuh dem.  deh will  allow the law to take its course
