Its all in the 4th Q .
By now Casey should have a solid plan via rotations with bench strength !

I took my time and watched the first half of the game tonight.
at the end of it I had lost all interest in the game, and in the series, and in the Toronto Raps, until Dwayne Casey is fired and replaced by a coach who can take the team all the way. I stopped watching the game at half time, did not even know the raps had lost until a friend just texted me they had indeed lost.
this loss is Casey's and Casey only. he is the fault for this loss and no one else! the game was lost from the point at which the Raps tied at 35. Casey never held on to that and tried to consolidate it. and the Raps fell apart
at times Casey does not what phuck he is doing on the sidelines. its as if he wakes up and discovers he is a head coach in the NBA and does not know what to do, so he goes back to sleep while up and walking
at one point tonight I swore that DeRozan was the boss, the coach of the team, not Casey..that DeRozan could/can do whatever the hell he likes on the court and no one can tell him a dam thing.
DeRozan could not get a ball into the basket if his life depended on it.
at the tie of the game at 35 the team fell apart completely and Casey did not do a dam thing to try to stabilize things..did not even call a goddam timeout to try to settle the guys down.
OH my effing god!!!! I was stunned! that was the second time in the half he should have called a time out to stabilize things and did not.
the first time under a strong double team Lowry had to call a time out himself. Casey seeing that his man was in deep trouble shud have called a time out right then.
but Casey appears to love to stockpile his timeouts. he never uses them...even when his team is in desperate straits on the floor and could uses some strategy reorganization, stabilization and redirection.
I am looking at Toronto completely falling apart and Casey does nothing at all about it. DeRozan is throwing up totally counter-productive brick after brick in the situation..all the players get into the act and bricked all the way to a 15 point+ Heat lead.
I see Toronto dribbling and shooting..no ball movement at all, in attempts to set up good shots. it was an incredible loss of direction, all the way to half time, that the coach had to at least try and stop.
call a time out! direct DeRozan to stop shooting the dam ball and turning it over, and be prepared to pass the ball in plans to set up good shots. slow down the tempo..max out your clock each time to slow down the Heat.
Dwayne Casey is out of his league. the Raptors are a better team than Miami but Casey is being out coached by Spoelstra.
that is the reason why Toronto is not maxing out its Chances in the play offs. the coach is not good enough. he is causing the problem.
Casey is a perfect gentleman, a truly decent citizen anyone would love to have around. but he is not on the ball in the coaching..not on top of everything, misses too much. its time for a change.
I am done. I have seen the tea leaves. we may yet defeat the Heat but we be toast for the Cavs, all crispy with butter and jelly. I wont come back to the Raps until Casey is gone. the Raps wont go all the way with Casey as coach

In spite of Casey , that OT period was a blow out !!
Thought we had learned from the 3 previous OTs.

well I did not watch the second half.
the way I figure it was that if they Raps came back they would be exhausted and would not quite go all the way..like a closer type of horse that makes one run from the back of the pack to try gun down the speed horses.
they usually come up short..mos times they do.
coming from behind is exhausting..quite to the contrary of what most people appear to think. it is those who do the running on the lead or near to the lead who are full of pep, on the ball, ready to go and are inexhaustible.
when it comes to humans the pressure and disappointment of being behind or falling behind, having to ketch up is usually too much..
so the Raps were blown out in the OT. not sooprising at all. they were exhausted and the side in front most of the night, who made all the running were energetic.
