What do you do to relax?

I read a lot when I need to relax, it's really great to lose yourself in a good book and enter another world for a few hours. It's like nothing else exists, you forget all your problems and become part of that story, that is the most wonderful feeling in the world.

I am usually a very relaxed person 

but I enjoy reading - just for the pleasure of it

I also love going for massages - could easily fall asleep on the table
then I go home and take a nice long bath, soaking in lavender scented Epsom salt.....hmmmmmmm!!
