I've been nervous and angry today because of some personal issues >
All I want is the peace of mind. And some money too. Of course it's also the attitude that counts, but I'm not in the mood today. Tomorrow will be better, at least I hope so :

Glorious day...right? We should always try to think like that, and I would hope that a lot of us get to. Of course we know that life is crazy and busy and riddled with sad and angry moments, but at the end of the day we are still here and getting to live these days, so we should not be complaining. I will stick to that frame of mind, it helps me get through the day.

You might have been tired because of another reason. Hint: I've read your other thread, lol. Anyway, whenever I'm feeling tired or restless, I just take a nap or watch some television. Those things can certainly relax me and help me feel a bit better. Or maybe just eat some good food. Junk food works as well but in a bad way, lol. I just feel guilty after eating it. Aw, too bad that you cannot have too much junk food.
Anyway, just try to get some rest for your health. Hydrate as much as possible with water and fruit juices. Exercising can release some tension too. Take care of yourself!

i drink so much water...i have never drank so much water in my life!
its hard for me to eat...just now i left half of my lunch..sometimes i have skip meals...food is a touchy subject for me. the last MD appt - they told me i lost 5lbs between visits...and Omar was like "cause shes not eating!!!"
poor thing doesnt understand that when i dont feel like eating...i cant...lol
i sleep alot though...
