I reckon this may work and also more plans need to be drawn as how will the island work and also how the economy will increase and what will the wages be like, which I hope are good and people can survive on it as well. This may help out the refugees who are struggling and also hope it helps them out and any help may be good for them, and this could lead to safety and also a new life as well which can make life easy for them. I think the guy has good ideas and also hope it works out and would wonder what he wants in return, and may even have a good heart and doing this for the people suffering.
