I remember back in the day after my father died, we had to find a new apartment to live in, and my mom came across this realtor downtown. His hand was stuck out to collect his fee, my mom laid the cash in his hand, and right afterward he gave us an address to check out, and luckily, I recognized the address to be nonexistent, and I spoke up and demanded our money to be given back, and he gave it back because he knew I was right. That bastard was about to send us off on a wild goose chase and collect a fee from us to do so.
