I heard NBC put a hiatus on a project that he was working on with them. And TV Land pulled the Cosby Show from their lineup indefinitely. I know one women was put in jail for 18 months for trying to extort money from Cosby. Most of them say he used some kind of drug to put them to sleep and then assaulted them. Why are all these women coming out now ? And at such a volume. If it happened why didn't they press him for assault back then ? Seems shady to me.

"I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn't have to answer to innuendos," the comedian
told Florida Today
. "People should fact check. People shouldn't have to go through that and shouldn't answer to innuendos."

This is a curious situation! ::confused::
I normally am the first in line to scream about any person who may be getting away with the sexual subjugation of another human being. However, there is something strange about this story. All of those women waited and waited until he has a TV series or comedy special coming out to shout about sexual abuse.
I've been around a long time. I've heard of women suddenly come out about sexual abuse even when a famous person is no longer in the lime light. Generally, their stories make sense! Even if the cops or authorities refuse to press charges, women in the past would find a lawyer who would take their case and pursue a civil case. However none of those women have done that. Not one has sought civil charges, or tried to sue him in civil court. Normally, when rape victims choose to seek justice nothing would stop them. No matter how famous a person has been, nothing would stop me from seeking justice!

Yea I heard the old man was cracking jokes about the whole escapade. Someone at another forum posted that it is not rape if it is not reported within 24 hours. While I do not agree with this completely per say, I do think it is relevant in this case. Why come forth now ? After all these years. Shady...and whichever side is lying I hope they burn in the depths of hell.

This is in the media for the past few weeks and it has left me in a sense of despair. He was one of those individuals that i looked up to and grew up watching the sitcom and seeing him around all those children and young adults producing roars of laughter in households across the world. At first i thought it was just someone trying to smear his character and profit off him in a negative way. Then i realized the accusations were numerous and went back decades ago. I am extremely disappointed because i was one of his greatest fans.

[color=rgb(0, 0, 0)]The latest woman to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault said he “may be America’s greatest serial rapist that ever got away with this for the longest amount of time.†Former model Jewel Allison said her agent Sue Charney, who also represented Cosby accuser Janice Dickinson, introduced her to him in the 1980s. Allison said he invited her to his home and gave her vintage wine, which he said came from Chrysler exec Lee Iacocca, but Allison said it tasted funny to her. “I didn’t look good. My eyes were all over the place,†she said. Cosby proceeded to put her hands on his genitals, she said, and gave her a hard kiss. He put her in a cab sick and vomiting. “I didn’t want to take this black icon down,†said Allison. “This was my Bill Cosby. Do you want to shatter everyone’s belief system?â€

But what about Janice Dickerson?
They pulled her out saying things about Cosby. Things that he did to her.

Well,
I really have no concern for it, because it's just people living their chaotic lives.
Cosby has made several offensive remarks to people on TV that I found very childish of him to say, so I won't vouch for him really being the good guy he depicts himself to be. I think he has been a very silly juvenile man his whole life and I wouldn't put anything past him. I don't care whether he's being lied on or not.
I never liked his nasty ghetto presentation of black children in his unsavory Fat Albert cartoon, where every five minutes he pauses the cartoon to explain what's happening, apparently because he thinks black children are too dumb to understand when it's really unsuitable for human intelligence. Trying to be every black child's father with a mentally disturbed cartoon.
