I wouldnt know  how to respond in a job interview these days as I havent been in the job market for 20 something years. I remember the interview for my current job where I was hired in the first 2 minutes and we spent the next half hour talking about every thing else , like politics etc  and nothing job related 

so they hired you and then did not change their mind after hearing your views on politics and everything else? so how has it been working for the new black panther party/black  israelites for the past 20 years?
